Ingredients
* 3 celery stalks, with the leaves on
* 2 green cut apples
* 8 full kale leaves
* 1 thumb of fresh ginger
* 1 large cucumber, unpeeled
* 1/3 of a lemon, peeled, and
* 1 mint sprig (8 to 10 leaves and stem)
* 1 tablespoon of sea moss gel
